Benguerra Island

Benguerra Island is the second-largest island in the Bazaruto Archipelago and forms part of the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park. Covering around 55 square kilometers (11 km long by 5.5 km wide), it lies just a 14 km boat ride from Big Blue.

The island’s southern tip is perfect for novice snorkellers, while its south-easterly winds create excellent conditions for windsurfing.
